Bracket, schedule, and scores for men’s draw

We have the bracket, schedule, scores, and more for Wimbledon 2018, updated throughout the tournament.

For the first time since 2012, Roger Federer is the top seed going into a Grand Slam, and as the defending champion, he’s the favorite to win it, at least as far as most experts are concerned. Federer, as he did in 2017, skipped the clay court season, including the French Open, to keep himself fresh for the grass court season.

Federer, 36, has eight singles titles at Wimbledon, winning it last year after a significant gap, as his previous title was from 2012. Federer is still considered the most skilled player in all of men’s tennis, and though he’s slowing down, there isn’t much to worry about outside of the norm: a lot of strong contenders to deal with.

That includes second seed Rafael Nadal, fresh off another win at Roland Garros. Marin Cilic, Alexander Zverev, Juan Martin del Potro, Grigor Dimitrov, Dominic Thiem, Kevin Anderson, John Isner, and David Goffin round out the top 10 seeds for this year’s tournament.

Federer won the tournament at Stuttgart over Milos Raonic in the final, and then made it to the final at Halle, where he lost a three-setter to Borna Coric. Some have considered that a sign of bad things to come at Wimbledon for Federer, but he looked great throughout that entire tournament.

There are three American men seeded in the singles bracket, and it’s the usual three faces: Isner (9th), Sam Querrey (11th), and Jack Sock (18th). Querrey is experiencing another nice career resurgence and has been playing some strong tennis this season.

Below is the bracket, viewing information, and a full schedule with results updated several times a day throughout the tournament.
